This is an evolving situation, but at Redstone Bank, we’ve seen a lot of ups and downs throughout the years. Through it all, Redstone Bank has remained a safe, sound place to do business and values the the trust you have placed in us.

We continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 and are aware of updates from local health departments and local, state and national governments. 

For now, we have made the decision to close our branch lobby areas to adhere to social distancing recommendations.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and communities remains our top priority.


 

How can you do business with us?

  • Requests for loans, new accounts, safe deposit box access or other transactions typically handled in our branches may be scheduled by appointment by contacting your nearest branch
  • You always have 24/7 account access with our digital banking services — If you haven’t signed up yet, please do so today.  Using these platforms you are able to view account balances and transactions, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, and deposit checks using our app.  To learn more about these services, click here.
  • Our staff will remain available during regular hours via phone and we encourage you to contact your local branch with any questions or to schedule an appointment.

Be aware of scammers

Unfortunately, at times like this scammers prey on account holders.  Please remember:

  • We will never ask for account information through a text or email
  • You not need need to provide us any information for your debit card or online banking to continue working as normal
  • If asked to call "your financial institution" please look up the phone number and do not call back any phone numbers provided in an email or text.

Lobby Closures due to COVID-19


3.20.20 - To keep our clients, our employees, and our communities safe amidst the growing concerns surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19), our hours of operation at our locations are changing effective Monday, March 23, 2020. Banking should be the least of your worries and this plan will allow our team to continue to assist you. 

Requests for loans, new accounts, safe deposit box access or other transactions typically handled in our branches may be scheduled by appointment by contacting your nearest branch.  

The decision to make these changes comes after the CDC’s strong encouragement to do our part to maintain social distancing. While lobby hours are changing, drive thru and night drop service will continue until further notice. This decision will be evaluated continually based on public health conditions.

Through these uncertain times, Redstone Bank remains a safe, sound place to do business.  

Centennial Branch

Effective Monday, March 23rd, the lobby at our Centennial location will be closed until further notice and available by appointment only by calling 720.880.5000.

Drive thru services will be available Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

An ATM is also available on site for access to cash outside of normal business hours.

Littleton Branch

Effective Monday, March 23rd, the lobby at our Littleton location will be closed until further notice and available by appointment only by calling 303.317.2899. 

Night Drop services will be available from 9:00am - 2:00pm.  If you need same day processing for transactions outside of these hours, please visit our Centennial location.
