Beginning May 13th, you'll see some changes that we're excited to share with you.

As Redstone Bank continues to grow, we are committed to offering our customers the best financial products & services, as well as providing a level of personalized customer service that exceeds expectations.  Advances in bank technology offer a more secure environment for you to conduct business.

On Monday, May 13th, 2019, Redstone Bank will convert to a new data processing system in addition to launching security updates to our online banking product suite.

Online Banking access will NOT be available over the weekend of May 11th.

It is our highest priority to keep your banking activities safe and secure.  Please carefully review the information below about this upgrade.  We're excited to share new features with you!

We are pleased to let you know that your current debit card will continue to process in our new environment without any change.  Debit card transactions will process as usual during the conversion weekend.  For ATM cash withdrawal, we would like to encourage you to use ATMs that are in the MoneyPass surcharge-free network.  These ATMs are located throughout the United States.  Click here to locate ATMs near you or look for the MoneyPass logo at the ATM.

To mitigate fraud, your card can be protected using the free Redstone CardValet® App.  Download this app from the app store after May 13th and enroll your current Redstone Bank Debit Card.  CardValet® provides the ability to turn your card off or on from your smartphone.  In addition, CardValet® gives you more control by allowing geographical limitations, transaction type limitations, or spending limits on your card.  These controls help protect your card from fraud.

AFTER May 13th, consumer customers will need to enroll in the NEW Online Banking system.  Follow the prompts to input your information and complete the identity verification process to finish the enrollment.  Once completed successfully, you will have immediate access to your accounts online.  For the online enrollment, your PIN number will default to the last 4 of your social security number.  CheckFree BillPay and Popmoney are features included in our new Online Banking product.  If you have any recurring payments on our current bill pay service, you will need to set these up again after conversion on the new system.  Any alerts you may have implemented will need to be re-initiated on our new system as well.

Small business customers who do not perform ACH, wires, or remote deposit capture are able to complete this immediate enrollment under the Personal Online Banking system using their business account number and their personal name as it appears on the signature card.  More complex relationships may require enrollment in the Business Cash Management online product.

The technology conversion will take place over the weekend of May 11th.  Online Banking access will not be available during the weekend.  Online access will resume on Monday, May 13th.
