Tony Anderson

Vice Chairman and CEO

After beginning his banking career in Wyoming, Tony came to Colorado in 1977 to become president and CEO of Kiowa State Bank. After the sale of the bank in 1996, he was an organizer and CEO of Century Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona. He returned to Colorado in 2007 to become an organizer of Redstone Bank.

Ryan Johnson

President and Chief Credit Officer

Ryan began his banking career with First National Bank in Parker in the 1980s; then managed the Parker locations for Colonial Bank/Bank of Choice. Ryan has over 25 years in local community banking experience here in his hometown area. Ryan, his wife and three children live in Parker and remain active in the community.

Kelly Zamorski

Senior Vice President

Kelly began her career in the 1980's. She spent the last 30 years as a local banker working for two community banks in the Douglas and Arapahoe County areas. Prior to coming to Redstone Bank, she was employed at Colonial Bank/Bank of Choice for 17 years. Kelly has experience in all aspects of bank lending with an extensive background in real estate and construction loans. Kelly has lived in the Parker area for 25 years and enjoys working with her fellow community members.

Deanna Malpass

Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking and Treasury Management Officer

With over 20 years of banking experience, Deanna joined Redstone Bank as one of the organizers and Lenders for the Bank.  The majority of her experience is in Commercial Banking with a wealth of knowledge in commercial credit underwriting, Commercial & Industrial lending, Real Estate lending, and Treasury Management Services.  Deanna handles both Commercial Lending relationships for the Bank as well as managing Treasury Services and Remote Banking Products.  Before coming to Redstone Bank, she was a Treasury Management Officer with Colorado Business Bank.  Deanna lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband and three children.

John Ezell

Senior Vice President and Cashier

A Colorado native, John began his banking career in the 1970’s, and has worked with banks in this area for the past 30 years. Having worked with community banks, he has experience in all phases of banking, focusing primarily in bank operations. John and his wife live in Centennial. Their four children and their grandchildren live in the metro area.

Les Sowitch

Senior Vice President

A native of Williston, North Dakota, Les began his banking career with Colorado National Bank. He later joined Community First in Evergreen, Colorado, where he served for over 14 years as a leading business development and relationship manager. Les specializes in providing financial solutions to the bank's commercial customers. Les and his family reside in Bow Mar.

Svetlana Xie

Assistant Cashier

A native of Russia, Svetlana came to Colorado in 2002 where she began working for a large bank before joining Redstone. She began her banking career in Moscow and has extensive international banking experience. Svetlana and her family live in Littleton.

Matt Humphrey

Credit Analyst

A transplanted Colorado Native, Matt was raised in Denver and brings six years of Banking and Commercial Real Estate experience to his position at Redstone Bank. He lives in Parker with his Wife and Daughter.

Jim Cade

Credit Analyst

Jim began his banking career in Texas in the 1980’s, and has worked in commercial lending for the majority of this time. In 2004, he moved with his wife and three children to Parker Colorado, which has been home ever since. He is a graduate of the University of Texas El Paso and continues to be an active participant in the alumni association and stays very connected to the local community.

Cindy Brandenburg

Raised in Kansas, Cindy has lived in Colorado for most of the past 30 years. In addition to several years of banking experience, she has also worked in the computer and title insurance industry. Cindy and her husband reside in Aurora.

Shelley Greene

Consumer Loan Supervisor

As a former resident of 25 years in the Parker community, Shelley began her career in lending at Sun Savings & Loan Association. Her most recent lending experience comes from Bank of Choice processing construction, commercial, and consumer loans. She emulates Connie in processing and administration of the bank’s loans. Shelley is a current resident of Castle Rock.

Geraldine “Jake” Koppinger

Loan Supervisor

Jake moved to Parker with her family in 1994. Her 30 year banking career has been in all aspects of loan operations. After working for a large corporate bank for the last 5 years, she is excited to be back with a community bank and join the team here at Redstone Bank.

Loan Administrator

After taking a break from banking to operate a catering business for the past eight years, Brenda has returned to the industry that she entered into in the late 70’s. With a great deal of bank operations knowledge, Brenda brings over twenty years of experience to us. Brenda, her husband and three children live in Centennial.

Don Siecke

Chairman

One of Redstone Bank’s organizers, Don began his career as a CPA in Denver in the 1960’s. He is currently president of Kelmore Development Corporation in Centennial. Don served as chairman of the board of Kiowa State Bank, director of Century Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona and Union Bank and Trust in Denver. He was also a member of the advisory board with Citywide Banks. Don and his wife live in Castle Rock.

Matt Osbourn

Director

An organizer of Redstone Bank, Matt is a native of Colorado. He spent 23 years in Denver banking before pursuing real estate and other business interests. In addition to his responsibilities as a director of Redstone, Matt is also working as a marketing consultant with the bank. Matt and his family live in Lakewood.

Director

An organizer of Redstone, Bill is a former president of an investment banking firm and is currently an investment advisor. He also served on the board of Guaranty Bank. Bill and his wife reside in Englewood.

Dave is past founder, chairman and president of Concrete Frame Associates in Aurora and serves on the board of The Associated General Contractors of Colorado. Dave lives in Denver.

Director

Steve has been active in Douglas County real estate development for over 35 years. He is president of Timbers Real Estate Group in Parker. Steve is a former director of First National Bank of Parker and Champion Bank in Parker. He and his wife live in the Timbers.
